How did Jesus respond in a time of grief?

Kia ora whānau,

Sunday was the fifth Sunday in Lent, but the first Sunday in Zoom. We had our first online church service and, I think, it was pretty good beginning. It was so fun to see so many of you again! If you were not able to join us, please try to join in next week. We will keep tweaking things to try and do it better. We have limitations in terms of audio equipment (and skill), but we will do the best we can.

As we begin to adjust to this new world that we are in, we need to hang on to what does not change. We have an eternal loving God who never runs out of energy (the burning bush that is not consumed) in his pursuit of us and of our world. He is not shaken. He will turn everything around so that we can have the life that we were created for - a life of loving God loving each other, and loving our world. Jesus is the resurrection and the life. Let's keep our eyes on Him.
